How do we do it?
We want to discover the real superpowers by taking a journey through the history of Art, from prehistoric times to the present day.
The recommended age to do them is from 5 to 11 years old (the younger ones will need your help to connect and possibly at some other moments of the process).

This year in online format!
This new school year will undoubtedly be different. The pandemic forces us to change and adapt to new formats.
From the beginning of the confinement, it was clear to us that we had to continue providing services to families and, above all, to continue “seeing” our students, our little artists.
The “online” format seemed cold to us at first, accustomed as we were to having our group of children in person every day, but after a few days and seeing their response we started to adapt and we began to enjoy it very much: the energy and enthusiasm appear the same through a screen, it does not depend on the format but on them.
For 4 months we have been doing daily classes and we believe we have learned how to do it, so this year our after school format will be online only. This way we will be able to reach all families and children who like Art and creativity, whether they live in Barcelona or not.
What will we do? What will this course be like?
We will discover the world of art and the context in which artists developed their work, learning different techniques, from prehistoric times to the present day. A chronological journey through images, sounds, stories…
Our objective is not the knowledge of art through art-historical studies: we will focus mainly on the process of creation and the value of knowing oneself through plastic expression.

How will we do it?
The online classes are “face-to-face”, they are not recorded videos or tutorials: the teachers connect 10 minutes before the class starts through the Zoom platform and we are present during the whole hour of the class.
They are suitable for children from 5 to 12 years old and can be mixed because each theme or technique can be worked without difficulty with different age groups. Each one “takes it” to their own terrain and to the level corresponding to their age. The important thing about these classes is the process of creating and experimenting, not the final result. The key is that at the end of the class the child is sure that he/she has done well, especially because he/she has enjoyed working on it.
Here is some practical information:
Start : September 28, 2020
Final : June 30, 2021.
- Days : Monday to Saturday (Saturday mornings only, from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon)
- Schedule: from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm WE WILL ADAPT FROM THE BEGINNING TO ANY CHANGES THAT MAY COME FROM THE SCHOOLS IF THEY HAVE TO TAKE MEASURES THAT ALTER THE ATTENDANCE OF THE CHILDREN.
- Groups: Maximum 10 students.
- Teachers : Vittoria Drago, María Porras, Martha Zimmermann.
- Price: 40€ /month x 1 hour per week. The price is per class, not per child (the price does not vary if there are siblings).
- Payment method: Bank transfer / Bizum / PayPal
- Payment information: If the student joins after the month has started, the missed class will be discounted.
- Materials: At the end of each month, you will receive the list of materials for the following month’s workshops.
- Holidays: the same as in the school calendar. During the Christmas and Easter vacations we will offer special workshops instead of the program, and they will be included in the monthly fee.
In addition to the weekly extracurricular, we will soon incorporate an extra daily class from 15h to 16h, from Monday to Friday for children who have to stay at home for 10 days or that in this course return home earlier because they have no class in the afternoon (the agenda will not be the same as that of the extracurricular).
These classes can be taken individually or on a daily basis (single class 10€ and the whole week 30€). Children who are enrolled in the extracurricular program will have free access to these classes.
