About the artist… Besides the architecture of Aires Mateus, the character of Lina Bo Bardi and the rhythm of Bossa Nova, what Asun Amar likes most is drawing.
She has turned her passions, architecture and illustration, into a new starting point.
Her style, simple and balanced, is characterized by order and the golden ratio.
Directly inherited from her training as an architect.
She dreams of idyllic places and spaces and takes them to everyday and habitable scenes.
She has worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, the ABC Museum and Nuevo Estilo magazine.
She has also participated in the illustration fairs Ilustrísima, Helsinki DesignWeek, Dibumad or Mazoka, among others.
Her first illustrated children’s book will be part of the well-known series “pequeña & GRANDE ” (Alba Editorial).
And it will tell the brave story of ZAHA HADID (the first woman to win the Nobel Prize for architecture).
