“GUSPIRUS IN BLUE”

About the artist…Vanessa Linares was born in Barcelona.
She studied Fine Arts and specialized in graphic design.
After working in a company as a graphic designer, she finally dared to show her drawings, making her first exhibition in Barcelona.
From that moment on she began to exhibit in different galleries, combining her work as a painter, illustrator and graphic designer.
Vanessa’s work is intimate, tender, innocent, but sometimes also disturbing.
Her big-eyed “guspirus” are present in most of her paintings and watercolors: of all sizes, of all colors… sometimes they seem human to us and other times we wouldn’t know how to define them… In any case, we love her work because it makes us dream, travel, and get lost in those beautiful forests.
