About the artist… From an early age, Brianda Fitz-James Stuart developed a taste for the visual arts and art in general.
Determined to focus her future in a creative field, she studied Fashion Design at the European Institute of Design.
When she finished her fashion studies she went to live in New York.
There she worked for the painter Paul Balmer and studied drawing and painting at The Art Student League of New York for a year.
When she returned to Madrid she started working with the clothing firm La Casita de Wendy, where she has been part of the creative team for more than five years, also developing many of the prints that characterize the brand.
In 2013 she launched with her two partners, Ana and Isabel, her own clothing brand Planet Palmer.
She is a regular collaborator of renowned brands such as Vans, Sony, Bvlgari or L’Oreal.
Since 2015 she has been an ambassador for Swatch, a watch brand always related to art.
That same year she has been the image of the international campaign of SONY Z3 Xperia both for TV and on billboards around the world.
As an illustrator she has collaborated in several fanzines and some of her works have been exhibited in independent galleries.
