Argentina’s Zosen Bandido and Japan’s Mina Hamada form one of the most sizzling and hyperactive couples in contemporary art and Street Art today.
We really like what they do.
Whenever we can, we have some of their stuff at PLOM Gallery.
A few days ago, Zosen and Mina sent us photos of one of the gigantic murals they painted last summer in Estepona, Malaga.
Street Art Explosion in Estepona
“We worked in full sun, with two small umbrellas to protect us a bit in the hottest hours,” explains Zosen. Neighbors would come to see us paint and give us feedback on what we painted.”
Zosen and Mina’s mural is part of a route of murals painted by other artists such as Imon Boy and Dourone. Right now, there are dozens of murals in Estepona.
And all thanks to the support of civic organizations, merchants and city hall, and the enthusiasm of cultural manager Manuel Lagos.
